GlasGLOW is coming back to Glasgow Botanic Gardens this Halloween, and this year’s theme is Zombie Zoo.
The idea: you’re stepping into the world’s state-of-the-art zombie containment and conservation facility, meeting the zoo’s rare and misunderstood residents from a very safe distance. Expect decontamination tunnels, cutting-edge observation labs, live feeding demonstrations and dead-friendly zombies, all wrapped up in GlasGLOW’s usual spectacular lights and set design. It’s a 60-minute immersive light and sound adventure through the gardens, so it moves at a decent pace rather than dragging.
The street food village is back too, this time with a zombie bar for the grown-ups and the return of Marshmallowland, which has become a proper GlasGLOW tradition at this point. It’s suitable for all ages, with just a few spooky moments dotted through the trail.
Early bird tickets go on sale at 7:30am on Wednesday 5th August. There are three ticket types this year: Twilight (new for 2026, with earlier entry for young families), Off Peak and Peak, each covering different dates and time slots through the run. Mallow Pass is also available as an upgrade if you want dedicated entry and a marshmallow skewer thrown in. Full timings and dates for each ticket type are on the GlasGLOW website.
Worth grabbing early if you want the best prices.
