Glasgow Green is about to get very loud. TRNSMT 2026 runs from 19–21 June – that’s this Friday to Sunday — and it’s shaping up to be one of the biggest weekends on the city’s calendar.
Where is it?
Glasgow Green, with most ticket-holders entering via the west entrance from the Saltmarket and Merchant City. There’s no camping – unlike its predecessor T in the Park, this is a city festival, so you’re going home (or to a pub) at the end of each night.
Who’s playing?
Headlining the weekend are Richard Ashcroft, Kasabian and Lewis Capaldi – a trio that spans Britpop legacy, turbo-charged rock and homegrown pop. Richard Ashcroft opens on Friday night, fresh off supporting Oasis across the UK last summer. Kasabian take Saturday, and Lewis Capaldi closes things out on Sunday, having completed a sold-out UK comeback tour in 2025.
Beyond the headliners, there’s plenty to sink into. Wolf Alice, Becky Hill, Amy Macdonald and The Last Dinner Party are all on the bill, alongside The Fratellis celebrating 20 years of Costello Music – expect Chelsea Dagger whether you like it or not. Scottish acts are well represented too, with The Snuts, Jacob Alon, Katie Gregson-MacLeod and Rianne Downey all on the lineup.
There are five stages in total — the Main Stage, King Tut’s Stage, BBC Introducing Stage, the Boogie Stage for DJs, and The Hangout (18+) with acoustic sets and comedy.
